Bug Description

Binary package hint: ocrfeeder

I just can't use ocrfeeder. I tried importing a PDF file and a folder and on
both cases, ocrfeeder fails by getting all the memory available.

I have a 4gb system, which had aprox. 3,5 gig free before ocrfeed trying to
import stuff, an none after it. The program, and the whole system gets, very,
very slow.

That turns the program unusable.

I've tried ocrfeeder 0.6.6-3 on ubuntu maverick.

It seems like this is mainly a problem with large pdf files.

I can't get OCRFeeder to detect pdf files, but it chokes, freezes up, and freezes the whole system on even two-page djvu files.
