Bug Description

In order to create a scrollbar-as-an-indicator style properly, a scrollbar should show a prelight state while scrolling as well as on mouseover. This would allow for nice effects such as a scrollbar being transparent, then becoming opaque as you scroll.

That depends on gtk+, if gtk+ supports it, unico will support it (if doesn't work already)
