Add page to check database sanity

Check for duplicated names.

Check that foreign keys point to things that exist.

*branches with no parent
*list of dead branchs, list of live branches
*dates with no event
*events with no location
*kingdom reigns with no crown tourney date
*people with no mundane name
*people with awards with no rulers
*people with awards with no date
*awards with no recipients
*people with no awards (and later no award or name registrations)
*knotted sword/wreath valor/wreat chiv by date order
*identical (or very similar) mundane names

STATISTICS
*number of awards given
*number of people listed by kingdom
*number of reigns per kingdom entered
*number of awards entered per kingdom

I said I'd been thinking about it. But the above is fantasy wishlist stuff. I don't seriously expect it to be done, I was just doing a mental exercise thinking about what one might have. And much of it is reports that would be useless right now, but might be useful later when current data adding projects are complete.
