Bug Description
Silvercrest-branded devices report 0x42 as a product_id. According to the specification published by Pegasus Technologies Inc, product_id should be 0x28 [1]. The behavior of Silvercrest-branded devices conflicts with the specification. However, it seems that the protocol is identical otherwise. Perhaps Silvercrest's product_id (0x42) should be added to the list of acceptable devices?

your more than welcome.
I'm working on a slightly different problem now converting to .top waltop format.
it's fairly simple a simple header followed by 6 bytes of data xx yy ?? each represents a point followed by the next point
?? seems to be generally 13, 14 ,15, 16 followed by 87 or sometimes 0.
svg provides the first 4 bytes but the second 2 i am unsure off.
with top format we can use the myscript handwriting recognition software under wine.
we should have another session if your interested btw there is some c code to do top 2 svg which works.
