Bug Description
It does not happen in all cases, but I managed to reproduce it the following way :
Reach hackit.cx.
reduce the two windows so that they appear as bars (not icons)
try to drag one of the window towards the bottom of the screen, it gets stuck approximately at the middle of the screen.
This happened on Firefox and Chromium
