Bug Description

Something really nice in NE was having a right click menu on the toolbar that allowed you to show/hide different parts of the UI and also to edit the toolbar. I would really like to see this back in Marlin :)

I would hope marlin wouldn't be released with the use of the toolbar editor restricted to menubar users. And also, the placement of the "show/hide menubar" in the AppMenu seems incorrect compared to placing it in this context menu. This wrould be a release with some known broken design :/

it's an essential functionality in the elementary design. It would be implemented before any release of course. Don't worry.
