1) Description: Ubuntu 10.10
Release: 10.10

2) libnotify-bin 0.5.0-2ubuntu1

3) $ DISPLAY=:0.1 notify-send "This should appear on the second display"

4) The DISPLAY environment variable has no effect on where notifications are displayed.

Correction - I reproduced the bug on Ubuntu 10.04 (Lucid Lynx), not 12.04. I'm also using non-xinerama dual-head (Zaphod mode).
