Trying to start slapd fails:
! hdb_db_open: database "cn=accesslog": db_open(/var/lib/ldap/access/id2entry.bdb) failed: No such file or directory (2).
! backend_startup_one (type=hdb, suffix="cn=accesslog"): bi_db_open failed! (2)
! slap_startup failed (test would succeed using the -u switch)

The file /var/lib/ldap/access/id2entry.bdb is indeed not there.

slapd doesn't start. slaptest doesn't create any files within /etc/ldap/slapd.d

Thanks for reporting this bug. In order to better triage this issue, are you able to provide some further steps - from a fresh installation to help reproduce this issue?
