Deleting a single edition work should delete the edition AND the work

I've been trailing two accounts that are creating junk entries, with strings of random characters in Title, Publisher and Publish Date strings. Obviously crap.

I've just noticed that when I click the Edit button for these, and try to DELETE them, it only deletes the edition, so we're left with a useless empty work.

Deletion of a single edition work should delete BOTH Work AND Edition.

Might also be good to move the DELETE function up a level in the UI, so you don't have to click Edit then scroll down. Could leave an auto-comment: "Deleted by site administration."

It takes 8 clicks in the UI to delete one of those hanging works.
