I have no access to mtink in order to change cartridge

Ive just changed the yellow ink cartridge only the printer does not seem to regognize it,
i have reason to believe i need to be a member ip in order to use mtink printer status moniter
and cartridge changing facility.

Can you tell us which printer do you have? What do you mean with "a member ip"? Did you try to run the mtink utilities as root (precede the commands with "sudo")?

The printer is an Epson S21,i clicked on to mtink only to find i have no access files.
