I mark my Bug as Invalid, because I have found the source of the problem:

I had installed ESET Nod32 Beta 64bit for Linux and It was causing the corruption of downloaded packages. I contacted with ESET to report the problem and their response was clear:
-------------------------------------------------------------
"Dear Customer,

your problems are sure caused by the combination of Alpha version of linux and Beta version of our antivirus. We do not recommend this. The last working version of linux combined with our ESET NOD32 Antivirus is the Ubuntu 10.4 release. Also, the 10.10 version does not fully support our antivirus, it is not possible to install any packages after installing our software there. Please note that our linux based antivirus is still in development. "
--------------------------------------------------------------

After I uninstalled Nod everything was OK and I could install upgrades of Natty.
Sorry for inconvenience.

Changed in gtk+2.0 (Ubuntu):
