kded active from other sessions and hogging cpu

Bug Description

When users log out kded remains active for other user sessions and will not die without a sudo kill -9 <PID>.

Happens intermittently; may be connected to kmail/kontact as it seems to appear more frequently when these are in use upon user logout.

Since kded seems to pin one cpu per instance it's very noticeable.

(won't expire with status eq "incomplete", probably far too old to catch up with this new implemantation in Launchpad itself)
