Bug Description

Binary package hint: gnome-power-manager

The laptop no longer detects when the charger is plugged in or out, and doesn't suspend when the lid is closed. It still detects it in some way though, as the screen turns off.

The settings haven't been changed since it worked, and are as I expect them to be. The cause may have been either an update, or the failed hibernation I attempted after installing that same update. When I resumed after the hibernation, performance was very sluggish, so I rebooted, and this problem was there.
