Are you able to reproduce this? Can you provide some instructions to reproduce this? Or did this happen only once?

The bug is indeed reproducable. Gnome-Panel crashes after three song-changes, both in hidden and in visible mode. Any other interaction with xmms-status-plugin, e.g. hiding xmms, works fine.
