Ctrl-L doesn't work the first time

Bug Description
Binary package hint: joe
In dapper, when you pressed Ctrl-L for the first time, it worked just like Ctrl-K, F
In edgy, Ctrl-L does nothing the first time; you have to use Ctrl-K,F to set the search, and then after that you can use Ctrl-L

I'm closing this bug because, well, it's not a bug it's a feature :)
You can go back to dapper behavior by commenting the line
-joe_state
in /etc/joe/joerc
