Clicking on chat message notification should bring up that chat window

Bug Description

When using the integrated chat empathy, i receive a new message and the nice osd notification appears. It would save a lot of alt-tabbing to click on the notification to bring up the chat window.

It could even be optional behavior where you could Ctrl-Click to open the window. Either way it would save over 9000 clicks per year.

ya it'll be great the notification are click-able . i got help even from this post https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/libnotify/+bug/302876 . it would be great to have it in Gwibber notification where you could just click the links from the notification. this will really make ubuntu more user friendly and fast in accordance withe Maverick Meerkat theme . so please try out a solution :)
