This is now also affecting staging, on revno 10053.

This is the second time this is happening.

It's caused by the out-of-tree ZCML file that configures the POP3 account. We need to change

In +inbound-email-config.zcml, you'll need to change

canonical.launchpad.mail.handlers into lp.services.mail.handlers

This will also need to be done on the script server where that file lives in production.

The utility registration can actually be removed from the file. It has not been required for a long time. (We are not looking these as utility anymore, and for at least 3.5 years!)

This is now fixed, and the utility registration has been removed from production as well.
