can't override the full page title

Ok, so you can add page title now, but still the default page title is there. There should be a way to override even the page title.

You can see an example on scalejournal since there is a Page Title set on the homepage > content widget with: Scale Journal is the Journal of SLOWFI Culture. -default-

By default, this is punishing to user experience and to google love.
