Sakura keyboard shortcuts are not configurable. Add a dialog to configure them

To me, it is no big deal managing bindings the present way in config.

But. Link in man to gdktypes.h is dead. Please update it for instance to:
https://github.com/GNOME/gtk/blob/master/gdk/gdktypes.h

And. COmmon modifiers combination should be provided for the lazy :
(S)hift 1
Cps-Lck 2
(C)trl 4
(A)lt 8
C-S 5
C-A 12
C-A-S 13
Either in man page or as a comment in the default conf file.
