List existing applications with current status and other essential app stats

Bug Description
The third main dev portal screen, together with adding a new app (bug #689383) and set/update payment information (bug #689389) will show a list of currently existing apps for the current user, that will list the status for each app and other essential app stats (eg. current version(?), number sold, more?)
To QA:
1) Add a few applications via /dev/apps/new/
2) View /dev/apps/
You should see your applications, each with an icon and some purchase statistics (number of purchases and revenue).

This looks to be working correctly is there a way to this in place with an application that has been purchased though?
