Bug Description

I have found a bug in the printing sub-system of ubuntu. If I try to print (to a printer, ps file or otherwise) a PDF document created in Apple Pages 2.0 that makes use of transparency (shadows etc) then the element in question with the transparency turns into a black square.
The PDF files look okay-ish in the document viewer and the problem only seems to affect printing. I can provide an example of such a file that will reproduce the bug in required.

What version of Ubuntu are you using? Is this still an issue?
