Default yaws install doesn't work

Bug Description

telnet to 8080 and you don't get anything:

puzza@malenka:~$ sudo /etc/init.d/yaws start
Starting yaws: yaws web server.
puzza@malenka:~$ telnet localhost 8080
Trying 127.0.0.1...
telnet: Unable to connect to remote host: Connection refused
puzza@malenka:~$ ps -ef | grep yaws
yaws 6377 1 0 22:39 pts/1 00:00:00 /usr/lib/erlang/erts-5.5.1/bin/beam -- -root /usr/lib/erlang -progname erl -- -home /var/run/yaws -noshell -noinput -heart -pa /usr/lib/erlang/lib/yaws-1.63/ebin -run yaws -yaws id debian_yaws
