crash after select rip cd on already ripped media

i'm running Ubuntu 10.10
Rhythmbox 0.13.1
1. Place a audio cd in drive and ripp using Rhythmbox 0.13.1
2. eject cd
3. place same cd back in drive and try and ripp again
4. when told it's already there and option to skip/cancel/
5 Rhythmbox exits with out warning
