Bug Description
The German Ubuntu-be Chat page does not exist.
I added the chatpages to the 'participate' page and used the english one for now.
Still I think this should be altered, german users get the whole site in english when they click it.
I tried to translate it, with following results:
- couldn't use other translation (restricted)
- tried "add to your own website" but couldn't put in the <HTML> in the rich text editor
- opened the source code of the source and tried to put that in HTML (rich text editor off) but again restricted.
So I created the page (which is still blank..) but unmarked the publish button.
It is a wise choice to prevent people from using iframes on the site, but I think this means that only mongolito404 can change this.

Yep, only some some users are allowed to use iframe in content. I updated the page and published it. Thx bur the bug report.
