Bug Description

The new Synaptic version in Natty seems to be migrated to gtkbuilder, but there was some fallout in terms of i18n:

- POTFILES.in: ui files lack [type: gettext/glade], also some files are missing
- POTFILES.skip: glade files are still there, makes intltool complain about their .ui counterparts
- The field names in the Search window became untranslated, these are from a static string array and need a gettext call when the ui is populated
- Lots of menu items are no longer marked for translation in window_main.ui
- some pixmaps are still installed to the old glade directory instead of the new gtkbuilder one, so they are not found (okay, this one is not i18n)

Also, it would be nice to open translations here too, so that Debian could get translation updates too.
