Bug Description
If there is a fix or update to the relevant webmailers.ini file, and the user has unticked "Ask again", then the relevant URL should be updated automatically, without the user's having to work out that something has changed (for example, if the URL for a particular service changes, this can be fixed in desktop-webmail, but the user will not get the benefit of the change unless they choose a web mailer again).
"Ask again" is a bad user interface, and I'll file another bug about that.
