Bug Description
Binary package hint: pitivi
The ruler does not work, I can't set any markers or scrub the timeline. This happens only with some file types, like .m2p (TV from Kaffeine) or .ts (TV recorded with VDR). .WMV or .flv do work. (Rendering fails the moment the .flv file should be processed anyway)

Scrubbing doesn't work because you are using MPEG-TS files (as far as I can tell): https:/
So this bug is mainly a duplicate of LP bug #327872
