Bug Description

We need to get rid of innodbbackupex-1.5.1 as the script name to initiate backup. This script name is very confusing as it contains version in it which is not Xtrabackup version.

I belive we should need to have some script which is named appropriately. Which does not have version in its name and which version matches the xtrabackup release , hence xtrabackup-1.6 comes which such script which reports version 1.6
