People search acts funny if user session has expired.

This bug applies to pretty much all the ajax widgets.

Ok, can we just set the expiration to infinite? Bassel, can we add -1 or 0 or something so a session never times out. In the end, we should give control of this setting over to a user.

Added error message when session expire, also moved the search widgets and people list to if_authorized section
