Bug Description

Binary package hint: myspell-nb

When myspell-nb package is installed (currently automatically when Norwegian language support is activated). Any application that will use a dict file out of that package will raise errors in the shape of

error: line 321989: bad flagvector

One can see this only when the application is started in the terminal or by the application taking much more time to start up.

This bug is somehow related to Bug #583911 but that one should actually be assigned to myspell-en-za.
