Bug Description
$ cat recipe
# bzr-builder format 0.3 deb-version {debupstream}
lp:xiphos
nest-part packaging lp:xiphos/debian debian debian
lp:xiphos has a debian/ subdir.
$ bzr dailydeb recipe here
Retrieving 'lp:xiphos' to put at 'here/recipe-
Conflict adding file debian. Moved existing file to debian.moved.
