Members of teams should be able to remove any teams they're a member of (implicit or explicit membership) from being a support contact.

Bug Description
Real world example:
ubuntu-kernel-team is a member of ubuntu-audio team. Someone from ubuntu-audio set it as a support contact for the launchpad product.
Members of the ubuntu-kernel-team can't change the support contact option and are spammed with support tickets filed against launchpad.
