Bug Description
I have no desire to set up a twitter or similar account, but i do fairly regularly use status messages to set a more detailed status, and it would be really nice to have some way to set these from the Me Menu, along with the general status. Given that people are accomplishing this by using twitter accounts combined with a plugin for pidgin to make it get its status from twitter, it would seem to make sense to cut out the middle-man.
