some tcl/tk programs are always maximized ignoring maximus exclude_class list

Binary package hint: maximus

I found that psi, coccinella, such tcl/tk based programs will be always maximized when maximus is running.
It would be more agreeable to exclude such IMs out of the control of maximus.
I have added them to the list of /apps/maximus/exclude_class, and it still does not work.

0. Preliminary: Running maximus
1. sudo apt-get install psi
2. open "gconf-editor" to add psi into the list of /apps/maximus/exclude_class
3. run psi and we will get a maximized psi.
