Integrate with libchamplain for contact mapping

Bug Description

This would allow for a:

*Map view in which all the contact's pictures would be on a map, located on where they live. Clicking the icon would give the user contact info. Double-clicking would switch to the normal view with the selected contact selected.
*A map in the view of the contact info pane.

This sounds really cool and flashy and definitely something to show your friends. But I'm wondering how useful it would really be...

One advantage could be better caching and saved bandwidth I think, compared to Google Maps. Apart from that I also think it's more of a goodie.
