maverick update bricked the device

I tried to boot on a SD card, as explained in
http://blog.efikamx.info/2010/12/maverick-installer-linux-kernel.html

Before I rebooted, I created a card according the recipe in the blog post above, then rebooted on it.

However, apart from briefly blinking the MMC LED and turning on the LCD backlight, there was no effect to booting on SD card, for several minutes. Then, removing the SD Card, and attempting to boot, I find that it doesn't even turn on the back light anymore. The device has been effectively bricked :-( :-(

NB: in case it matters, fdisk reveals that the fake C/H/S disk "geometry" of my SD card wasn't the same as yours.

Donwload the new maverick installed uploaded on http://www.powerdeveloper.org/platforms/efikamx/linux ,

put on the sd as desribed in http://blog.efikamx.info/2010/12/maverick-installer-linux-kernel.html

power on efikamx sb and it start the installation , everythink will go ok!!!
