Bug Description

Installing nvidia-current via jockey on the natty alpha 1 liveusb with 1.2GB persistent storage.

When it tries to install I get these errors in dmesg

[ 276.442208] SQUASHFS error: zlib_inflate error, data probably corrupt
[ 276.442216] SQUASHFS error: squashfs_read_data failed to read block 0x2796fdc1

[ 282.854180] SQUASHFS error: Unable to read page, block 2796fdc1, size 9d11

Then a module-init-tools crash popup appears which I filed here where insmod fails with SIGBUS

The nvidia install failure here is just fallout from wider problems as seen in the update log:

ubuntu@ubuntu:/mnt/home/sarvatt$ sudo apt-get install nvidia-current
