Bug Description
Following a recent update, I've noticed that synapse now has its very own application indicator. I understand that some will welcome this move, but I am not one of them. I like my launchers to be discreet, at least until summoned. Thus I would very much welcome, and I suspect I am not alone here, an option to remove or hide Synapse's application indicator.
As an aside, what was the justification for a Synapse application indicator in the first place. It seems rather redundant to me, and serves only to clutter up the indicator applet (which is antithetical to its very purpose).
