Bug Description

Sometimes adding a repository using "add-apt-repository" results in the following error: "E: Type 'n' is not recognized on line 3 from the source list". That basically means the letter "n" is added to the .list repository file in /etc/apt/sources.list.d for some odd reason.

I've noticed this bug on both Ubuntu 10.04 and 10.10.
