Please sync ccache 3.1.3-1 (main) from Debian unstable (main)
Explanation of the Ubuntu delta and why it can be dropped:
The current delta is not longer applicable and Debian has added automatically update symlinks in /usr/lib/ccache - rev 3.0.1-2.
