Bug Description

Binary package hint: firefox

Ubuntu 10.10 (Linux ... 2.6.35-22-generic-pae #35-Ubuntu SMP Sat Oct 16 22:16:51 UTC 2010 i686 GNU/Linux)
Firefox (3.6.12+build1+nobinonly-0ubuntu0.10.10.1)

Firefox 3.6.12 running on my Ubuntu 10.10 box has been crashed occasionally with the well-known reported bug "Fatal IO error 11 (Resource temporarily unavailable) on X server". This time, I'm not quite sure if this bug relates to the aforementioned bug but perhaps it can bring some further evidences and be likely reproducible. I have repeated the situation several times and got identical results.

1) Install Firefox.
2) Start Firefox with a fresh profile (no add-on)
3) Open the URL http://emacsformacosx.com
4) Right click at the main menu or toolbar, then disable the "Navigation Toolbar" and "Bookmarks Toolbar" (no matter in which order). The crash should happen after these two toolbars are totally disabled.

Step (3) and (4) can be performed in any order. That is, if you perform (4) then browse to http://emacsformacosx.com, the crash should happen immediately.

In case further clarification or information is needed, please kindly let me know. I'm not quite sure if the .xsession-erros.old is useful but anyway, the file is enclosed.
