Strange artifacts appear on the interface

Bug Description

Binary package hint: unity

This bug already exist in 10.10 in Netbook ed. with Unity and seams to be partially solved in 11.04 (artifacts still appear, but rarely).

Sometime and randomly, small artifacts appear on Unity interface over icons (look at the attached capture "Artifact on icon"). In 10.10, it was every where (sometime, interface comes unreadable). Now, it seams to appear only on unity elements (the side bar and the menu bar). I never had this over opened windows in 11.04.

it's very similar result than bug #684992, I'm marking it as a duplicate for now, do not hesitate to give any needed feedback if it's fixed/ or not :)

I have not been able to reproduce this bug on intel GPU. This bug many not be related to bug #684992. I could be a separate intel driver bug that has been fixed since then.
