Bug Description

OpenShot 1.2.2 (and 1.3.0~alpha1), Ubuntu 10.10

When I create a multi-track OpenShot project, and try to preview the video, if I have any more than one video running at the same time (different videos on multiple tracks), the preview slows to a crawl. It gets worse and worse with every video/track I add.

Adding titles, effects, music on top of video (some of which cross over each other) slows OpenShot down so slow when previewing that it becomes impossible to edit/review.

The preview, including jogging, needs to run at real time, else I can't see how certain effects, transitions, sound edits, etc. work and makes OpenShot therefore unusable.

Can you provide some details of the type of video files you are using? For what it's worth, I don't have these problems running a 3 or 4 track project.
