The bug is confirmed and easily reproduced on other platforms, also Ubuntu 10.10..

Press add constant, type a name (e.g. x) and place the cursor in the value field.. Now enter a value on the keyboard (e.g. 5) and press enter.. You must press enter twice to close the dialog..

I have spend quite some time earlier trying to fix this, but there seems to be something deep within swing preventing you from catching the enter key properly in this particular scenario (i tried all the obvious approaches using listeners on the field, other types of fields etc)...

This bug is sadly not fixable, its a feature in swing.
