ThinkCentre M75e(AMD platform) can not resume after suspend and only hibernate for one time

We are doing Ubuntu compatibility test on ThinkCentre M75e.
Update kernel to 2.6.35-23-generic,try to suspend.After the screen comes blank with backlight,there is an error on screen:
tpm_tis 00:0b : tpm_transmit : tpm_send : error 4294967234.
I tried to unload module tpm,but it remains the same.
Then I install the proprietary driver for ATI graphics card and try to suspend.The suspend works,but it can't resume.
The hibernate can only works for one time,then it looks like logout after I press the hibernate key.

PS:CPU:AMD Athlon(tm) II X2 B22 Processor

This bug was reported a while ago and there hasn't been any activity in it recently. We were wondering if this is still an issue? Can you try with the latest development release of Ubuntu? ISO CD images are available from http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/ .

If it remains an issue, could you run the following command from a Terminal (Applications->Accessories->Terminal). It will automatically gather and attach updated debug information to this report.

apport-collect -p linux 684550

Also, if you could test the latest upstream kernel available that would be great. It will allow additional upstream developers to examine the issue. Refer to https://wiki.ubuntu.com/KernelMainlineBuilds . Once you've tested the upstream kernel, please remove the 'needs-upstream-testing' tag. This can be done by clicking on the yellow pencil icon next to the tag located at the bottom of the bug description and deleting the 'needs-upstream-testing' text. Please let us know your results.

But firefox said:Almost finished.......And this kept for more than 12 hours.

In the Terminal,it seems this command has execute successfully.

    My apologies for the delay in response, The MainlineBuilds page mentioned above should have all of the information you need to get and try the upstream kernels. The mainline kernels are 'vanilla' upstream kernels that have the most basic of changes for us to use them in testing.

I tried ubuntu 11.04 on this machine,the issues still remain.
Then I download the new kernel from kernelmainlinebuilds and tried to install it,the issue still remain.
The kernel i installed is 2.6.37-020637rc3-generic.Did i choose the right kernel?
Then i tried to report it to lanuchpad,but after i run apport-collect -p linux 684550,the firefox staied at "Almost finished".
What logs do you need or what else i could do?

I tried to disable TPM config in BIOS,the system can suspend.But after suspend,it can't resume.
The system can hibernate and resume for many times.

If this bug is fixed in the mainline kernel, please add the following tags:
kernel-fixed-upstream
kernel-fixed-upstream-VERSION-NUMBER

where VERSION-NUMBER is the version number of the kernel you tested. For example:
