Bug Description
The daily build script will request builds for packages even if they are already present in the target PPA. This always results in FAILEDTOUPLOAD, as the resulting tarball will have the same debian version but is different from the one that's already present in the PPA.
This can happen for example when a manual build was requested for a recipe that's also built daily. I hit this often e.g. when I fix some brokenness in a recipe build, and then trigger a rebuild.
