white space on manage members screen

Bug Description

In IE7, after you add an existing member to a community you get a large
area of white space on the Manage Members screen (see screenshot).
Everything appears normally in FF.

I found that there were some hidden inputs in each row, so for each user that was added to the table, a little bit more space appeared. I moved the inputs into their own table cell.
