trying to update from 10.04 to 10.10, can't

Bug Description

Binary package hint: update-manager

I get the following message during the "setting new software channels" part of the upgrade process:

Could not calculate the upgrade

An unresolvable problem occurred while calculating the upgrade:
Trying to install blacklisted version 'blcr-dkms_0.8.2-13'

I will also attach log files form /var/log/dist-upgrade/
