Bug Description
Binary package hint: xserver-
This has only started since I started testing Natty. I've tried various things from creating an /etc/X11/xorg.conf, to plugging in a second monitor. Strangely enough, when the system has booted up and is sitting at the login screen, even thought the screen is black I can hear the login sound, If I plug in an external monitor, the greeter appears, and I can log in and use the system normally.

I forgot to add, all I have to do is plug in the external monitor, and then unplug it again when the login screen appears.
