Bug Description

Binary package hint: empathy

I am typing in an IRC window text input field and when my text gets to the edge of the text input box, instead of line wrapping and making the input box taller the entire IRC channel window expands horizontally even beyond the bounds of my desktop.

See attached screenshot where the window has expanded beyond my desktop. The entire line of text reads: "and, what the heck empathy, if I'm typing in the text box and I get to the end of the current window you just continue to grow my window, beyond the size of my desktop even? What kind of madness is that? grrrrrrrrr, time to file a bug report" :)
